Checking Your Order Status
If you are inquiring about the status of an order or delivery, you may check your shipment with your tracking number or write us at support@bible-media.com.. To provide the best customer service to you, please include your order number and name on all correspondence.
How Fast Will I Get My Order?
Your order will be processed the same day you placed it with us. We then ship your order normally within two days via UPS
or USPS in most cases. You should get your order in about 2 to 4 days depending how far you are from our distribution center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Once your order is shipped we will email you with the date of shipment and the tracking number.
Guarantee and Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with any product we'll be happy to give you a refund or exchange. Just send an email to support@bible-media.com. Tell us your order number and specify the item(s) to be returned. We'll respond to you with detailed instructions for your return and once we get the item back we will issue you a refund check or send you a replacement item immediately.
At your option you may include a note with the reason why you were dissatisfied, but this is not required. Put your order number on the front of the box.
Shipping & Handling
Shipping is usually done within two business days. The Shipping and handling charge of $12.95 is a flat fee for USPS Priority shipments in the 50 states, U.S. territories and all AA, AE & AP addresses.
International Orders Shipping and Handling.
Foreign customers (outside of the U.S.) may place orders via our website. Shipping costs are a flat rate of $27.95 for Canada & Mexico and $39.95 for all other countries. Orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Global Mail. Please note that on all non USA orders, we do not offer tracking or delivery confirmation. If shipment does not get to you we will make an insurance claim and ship you a new product only after the claim is settled. This could take a few days or few weeks depending on the country we are shipping to.
If you want special guaranteed delivery, via another method or courier such as Fed Ex, DSL, UPS etc., please email us before placing the order and we will notify you of the additional shipping cost.
Taxes?
Since this is a Bible Product, we do not charge any sales tax.
Do you have Paper Catalogs?
No, our store is on-line and there are no paper catalogs at this time.
